Services
ReachPilot sells social media growth services fulfilled through third-party providers. Service names, prices, minimum and maximum quantities shown in the catalog come from live provider data and may change at any time. Placing an order creates a request to the provider; it does not guarantee a specific delivery time or outcome.
Your account
You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. We never ask for your social media passwords — any request claiming to be us that does is not from us.
Wallet and payments
Orders are paid with tokens in your wallet. Top-ups are currently processed manually: a top-up request is recorded as pending and tokens are credited once payment is confirmed. Tokens have no cash value outside the platform and are not transferable between accounts.
Loyalty points
You earn 1 loyalty point per whole dollar spent on completed orders. 100 points can be redeemed for $1.00 of service credit. Points are a promotional benefit, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be adjusted or removed in cases of fraud or abuse.
Refunds
If a provider cannot fulfill an order, the order is canceled and your wallet is refunded automatically. Because fulfillment depends on third-party providers and the platforms themselves, partial delivery can occur; refunds are issued for the undelivered portion when the provider confirms it.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to manipulate pricing or loyalty points, abuse refunds, or interfere with the operation of the site. We may suspend accounts that do.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
